Magnum Millicable is a mains voltage loose cable system designed for small awkward shaped areas on existing concrete or prepared timber floors with a tile, stone, marble or slate floor finish.

MAGNUM enerMat is made up of an open nylon mat with integral conductor and resistance cable. It is designed for use on a concrete floor, although you can adapt a wooden floor using either tile backer boards or a thin screed of flexible tile adhesive. The total thickness of the mat, including the heating cable is only 3.5mm.

Most existing systems suitable for timber flooring require to be installed in a cement screed however Magnum Microfoil heating system can be placed directly underneath wooden, parquet or laminate floors. This very thin floor heating system (only 0.3 mm!) is controlled by a digital clock-thermostat with floor sensor, which ensures an equal heat distribution throughout the floor.
The floor temperature will be limited to a recommended maximum temperature of 28ΊC.
Magnum Microfoil should be placed on 6mm thin polystyrene insulation plates, these insulation plates not only increase the thermal value of the floor but also reduce noise.

MAGNUM enerCable is an ideal invisible heat source designed to go into a sand cement screed. MAGNUM enerCable is a 7mm thick cable which comprises of conductor and resistance wires which are insulated with XLPE, a ground wire is encased in PVC and is 100% waterproof. Te high tensile strength cable heating is quickly and simply installed in screed for new builds or renovation projects.
By using spacer strips or steel mesh reinforcing grid, the cable can be installed with complete accuracy for individual output requirements the minimum installation thickness of the screed is 30mm excluding tiles or floor finish or 65mm when being laid directly onto insulation.

Magnum enerFOIL is a low voltage electric underfloor warming system which is ideal for smaller areas such as bathrooms and utility rooms and can be laid directly beneath tiles, stone marble and slate.
The MAGNUM enerFoil low voltage system has been designed to operate at low voltage (24v/28v) ideal for bathrooms and wetrooms (must be waterproofed if in a wet room) and is only 80 watts or 110 watts per m², it is economical to run.
The system is designed to run 24 hours a day to maintain the temperature of the flooring material by generating an even constant heat. The actual temperature maintained will vary according to the ambient temperature, floor covering and the selected voltage and can be simply be switched off when not required.

The size of transformer is determined by the number of panels used in the installation.
